How do I get a receipt from my purchase of an app from the AppExchange?

How do I get a receipt from my purchase of an app from the AppExchange™?

Problem

Customer has purchased one Mellow Sky's applications from the Salesforce AppExchange and would like a receipt.


Solution

  1. Have one of your Salesforce system administrators log into the Salesforce AppExchange.
  2. Click on your picture (avatar) at the top right of the AppExchange screen once logged in and select the "My Installs & Subscriptions" item.
  3. From the list of installed applications, find HarvestSync, WeightedScoring or other app that you are looking for a receipt for.
  4. Click the down arrow and select "Manage Subscription" by your selected PowerApp.
  5. Scroll down to the Payment History and select the invoice you are after.
