Installing this package requires the following features and its associated permissions: Apex Classes

Problem

Attempting to install the Harvest2Salesforce connector results in the following error:

Installing this package requires the following feature and its associated permissions: Apex Classes.
 

Solution

The Harvest2Salesforce application requires on of the following editions of Salesforce CRM:

  • Enterprise Edition (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
  • Unlimited Edition
  • Performance Edition
  • Developer Edition
  • Platform Edition (Force.com)

The following editions are NOT supported, will not work with this application, and there is no planned intention to have these editions supported:

  • Group Edition
  • Professional Edition
