Error when upgrading HarvestSync to v2.9 or later

Problem

When attempting to upgrade HarvestSync to v2.9 or later, user receives this that mentions Apex Log tab already exists.

Solution

This error usually occurs if a custom tab has been added manual to the APEX LOG object that is included with the HarvestSync package. Simply delete the custom tab that was manually created for the Apex Log custom object and re-attempt to install the upgrade. This package contains the Apex Log custom tab.
