Error message received with trying to toggle project closed from Salesforce

Problem

User gets an error with the Harvest to Salesforce connector whenever trying to toggle a project closed. (see the error below).

Solution

  • Make sure you can sync the project first by clicking the Sync button

  • Projects cannot be togged closed if they aren't already sync'd
